Research Notes

How Reconstitution Works

Reconstitution is the process of mixing a lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powder with bacteriostatic water to create an injectable solution. The concentration depends on how much BAC water you add to the vial.

For a 2 mg vial of Ipamorelin, the calculator works out the mg/ml concentration based on your BAC water volume, then converts your target dose (0.2 mg) into the exact number of units to draw on an insulin syringe.
