How Reconstitution Works

Reconstitution is the process of mixing a lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide powder with bacteriostatic water to create an injectable solution. The concentration depends on how much BAC water you add to the vial.

For a 500 mg vial of NAD+, the calculator works out the mg/ml concentration based on your BAC water volume, then converts your target dose (25 mg) into the exact number of units to draw on an insulin syringe.

Track Your NAD+ Protocol

Once you've calculated your reconstitution, ReconDose lets you log every injection, build a dosing schedule, track side effects, and record biomarkers — all in one place. Create a free account to get started.

Reviews peptide bioregulators including Vilon (Lys-Glu / KE peptide), which has immunomodulatory, oncostatic, and geroprotective effects. KE peptide regulates SIRT1, PARP1, and PARP2 gene expression in aging human mesenchymal stem cells. Part of Khavinson's broader peptide bioregulator framework.
